OK so now I got to reinstall USAF! Question: What made them add the F-18E!?

they've added many planes, probably because it's currently being flown now

So will there be OPS or strictly land based.

I would not jump- all over it yet... Wait and see what the release looks like and whether or not you have to do all the monkeying around with it that had to be done with the initial SP release. It was a mess...and way too large.

While Slikk has done an amazing thing and others have added to it, it could (have?) used some development savvy to keep the thing organized... It needs a manual, and the download needs to be decreased in size... I am not sure, but it is possibly like the beginnings of the Falcon mods that have now turned into Superpak....

So some points: the grahpics are awesome, I am not sure what flight models are in this SP, it will not run properly on WinXP (no Jane's games will), slightly dumbed down avionics compared to Falcon, better for online play...more?

Am I the only one who thinks this is nuts? As far as I can tell, I am the only one left who flies USAF regularly (SP of course), using 8.4 since that is the last one that worked at all. I have posted several times looking for anyone else to fly USAF with me (using 1.01, 1.02 or Admin 8.4 - I do not care).

Yet we still get posts from guys who are getting excited about features and releases of superpro - which crashed more often than i do when i fly.

Just USAF? Try Team Superhornet with Jane's F/A-18; try Resistance with OFP. Hype, Hype, Hype, ....... Oh man, look at these skins; wow, look at this plane flown by the Swedes in 1977 - man, it will be so cool now that it will be included. Woo - look at the detail on those re-skinned AIM 120's. And those flight models - they are so much more realistic (like most of us know first hand what an F/A-18 flies like. In fact, how many of those that bitch about flight models have even flown a Cessna 172 or Piper Cherokee?)

I joined WOF to fly/mp. Or do we have members who join just to flog beta versions of software, to get all excited about future software releases, to complain about hardware/software issues, ......................

I can't tell you how much time i have wasted in the paste year because members refuse to install or configure hardware or software correctly or to follow WOF standards so we spend a minimum time waiting around for everyone to connect and to stay in the MP session without crashing - and i do not mean first timers. I mean guys who should know better, not the newbie.

We need more members who install software correctly, set up their computers correctly, follow WOF guidelines, and

SHOW UP TO JUST FLY FLIGHT SIMS OR FIGHT COMBAT SIMS!!!!!!!!
