Who in RLG is still interested in doing flight sims? I just ask because it's been a while since we've flown anything.
Currently I have installed,
IL-2 1946
Cliffs of Dover
Rise of Flight
DCS A-10
DCS Black Shark
Flight simming

Re: Flight simming
why do you say that? you gave less than an hour for anyone to respond.
FWIW, I am. I just do not have my gaming computer set up to do it yet. we have moved into a new house and are still getting organized. we do not yet know where the office is going to be. it will likely be some time before we do.

ah yes - that am and pm thing. although i will say most people are at work during that time period.
you are certainly a dedicated rlgamer if you are on the forums at 8 in the morning!
enjoying, maybe. with a bare dirt backyard there is a lot of work to do and money to spend - which we do not have. but yes, we are happy with the house.

Re: Flight simming
I've kind of been out of the Flight Sim loop over the last few years (yes, years). Although I have dabbled with Black Shark and A-10 in the last 6 months, I guess I don't have the same "passion" for flight sims that I use to. I can't even remember the last time we played a co-op flight sim like we did back in the day (F4, IL2, Janes <Hit Fly DA> ). I have very limited time for games lately, and when I do have the time, it's usually late at night after everyone has logged off.
I guess that is the bad thing about me being in IT, working odd hours and giving IT support after my regular working hours, leaves very little time for gaming during the prime time hours. I don't make as much money as I should be making at my FT job, but it's a decent job and great experience. As a result I have to do other IT related work outside of my regular job, so that takes away from my gaming time.
If I can get online, and we all decide to fly something, I'll join in (If I have it installed of course). I would like to give RoF a shot MP COOP sometime.

Yeah, some Rise of Flight coop would be great and dont worry about the learning curve, the sim lets you disable stuff like complex engine management when you're hosting an MP server.
