The Replacement Truck Arrived Last Night.......

Post by Buffalo Six »

and it looks better in the daylight! The front door windows get tinted today (why US automakers dont tint the fronts is beyond me) and the 6 step rockrails/nerf bars/steps should be in from N-Fab next week. I was actually going to get these for the other truck as my Christmas present to myself. The replacement tri-fold bed cover also arrives next week and I need to have a Rhino-Liner sprayed in. Saturday I swap out the stock wheels/tires for my "winter/hunting" set that was on the truck when I hit the horse.

Very nice looking truck Buff. Where I live a truck like that wouldn't be practical but if I lived in a rural area like you I wouldn't mind having one. :-)

Yes x 10

Line X tends to be thinner, harder, more abrasive than the standard Rhino, and in cold weather.....it chips. I looked hard at both on my other truck and I found Rhino to be better....IMHO.

Oh and of course my favorite part of your truck Buff is the front license plate. :-)

I figured you'd like that. That frame covers up too much of my other one that I wanted to put on that says "IH8 NYY" so I'll have to get a smaller frame for that one.

huh. most people here like line-x better. but it does not get cold here. easier to spray on and it is harder, so things slide in and out of the bed easier.
