I open CoD here and there and I get depressed when I look at it. Nowhere near the game 1946 was. Amazing how they killed the franchise... I'd really rather play 1946. CoD runs like crap if all the settings aren't turned down to min on my GTX 280 as well. Now, I know it's an older card, but it rns BS2, A-10C, and everything else I play pretty darned well, so I have no idea what CoD is crying about; it just makes me sad on every level...

Cliffs of Dover is a disappointment of epic proportions. I wish I hadn't pre-ordered it.

Is it at least worth the sale price or is it total garbage?

To put it another way: Knowing what I know now I would buy 1946 for $16.49 if I did not have it already and it still went for that much, but I would only consider buying CoD for $3.39... I will be surprised if I ever truly fire it up and play online with anyone... Amd there is not anything luring me in to play single player either. Utterly wasted the money I spent on it. Might as well tossed it in a trash can and lit it on fire...

If you have a top of the line PC and all you want to do is single missions and quick missions then it's worth it. This sim has still got a LONG way to go to being acceptably complete.
