Scuttlebutt is that it is between 9-12 GB of patchy goodness.

I think 48 GB is the standard size if you have most of the modules. My download was a bit smaller at 45 GB.

Mine was 48 although I don't have the Channel and Normandy maps.
Unpacked to like 70GB.
Took like 8 mins to DL on my fiber connection.
