Well i used the dcs updater and it says that was up to date. I installed on Monday

Ah ok, it might have come out on Monday then since the previous day I checked for an update was last Wednesday.

yah - did not come out today but sometime since last Wed and Mon. everyone should grab it before flight time tonight.
