1980's camp & cheese
Which shows for you personify the campiness and cheesiness of 1980's tv? These are the top 3 that came to my mind:
1. Manimal
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085051/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0
2. Automan
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0084978/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
3. Galactica 1980

I would say -
AirWolf -
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086662/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0
Captain Powers and the Soldiers of The Universe -
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092329/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0
My dad used to have the controllers that you could interact with and "shoot" at the TV...
Toy -
I Also vaguely remember Ultraman -
I was born in 83 so the 80s is a little hazy to me... I remember enjoying the above shows but looking back they (were) are oozing quite a bit of cheese...

I would say Knight Rider, The A Team, The Master, The Phoenix, and V/V The Final Battle.

I did not see/do much with TV or movies in the 80's. Infantry was my life then.

You mean when your crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. You then promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government you're still surviving as soldiers of fortune. If someone has a problem, if no one else can help, and if they can find you guys....maybe they can hire you?

I didn't realize you were that much older than me. I was 17 years old in 1989 so how old were you when you enlisted? LOL

Ah I see. I guess it depends on your age when you graduate from high school. I turned 18 one month after my senior year started in HS.

Re: 1980's camp & cheese
Ok if we discussed it on TS before I seriously didn't remember that. Sorry.
And I seriously can't picture you at 58! You just seem younger somehow.

no worries.
i am told by many i look far younger than i am, and i have a young wife and two young kids to keep me that way.
i think Bones looks quite a bit younger than he is as well.
it is all attitude and keeping fit, mentally and physically.
