I picked up this Marvel graphic novel (comprised of issues 1-6 of the X-23 mini-series) last weekend and it was purty darn good reading.
Here's a Linky Winky to the book on Amazon.
Never heard of X-23? Well, the character first appeared in the X-Men: Evolution animated series, and proved to be so popular (like Harley Quinn over in Batman the Animated Series) that the character 'crossed over' into the comic books.
Without giving too much away, this is the origin story of X-23, the result of the first successful attempt to recreate Weapon X (aka Wolverine) via cloning. X-1 through X-22 didn't quite work out due to some problems with the source DNA. The work-around that resulted in X-23: make the clone FEMALE.

Well... for most of the book, she's only like 10 years old...
But of course she's all grown up now.
