Inactive Ready Reserves for 4 years. It basically means they can recall me. I did 4 active and now instead of having me on a very short leash they have me on a very very very long leash...

On the contrary, IRR means NO MONEY! :)

On the plus side my obligations are pretty damn minimal too...
