Here are the videos I watched to help me start messing with the setups. I can tell you it DOES make a difference.

Your setup is per car / track

So my car is the GT3 Lamborghini Evo 3 im working on - and I have a setup for Monza and Ill have to do a another for Spa...etc. If I go into Spa and try to load a "saved" setup it wont list the one from Monza. It'll take time. Ill share my Evo one for Monza incase anyone wants it...(probably be screenshots. Its really not far off what this guys uses. I started there and tweaked a bit.
