America's Army problems

Some of you may know, I have had problems getting on to servers to play AA. I have narrowed the field to a problem with PunkBuster. I can play on servers without PunkBuster enabled just fine. Another of my mates is having the same problems. Any advice?

did you install punkbuster?

Yes, and I d/lded the updates from the PP:AA website.
