Looking for a paticular site

Well I am stumped on some issue's I have with the mission builder for JF-18 and I remember a site that host new Missions and explains each button in real life detail versus the manual. The site colors are green and its a squadron based site. I can't remember what the name of it is or much more but I do know they are the biggest site for custom missions and such.
So if anyone knows the site I'm talking about please post here
