Atrocious, but I do see some signs of Mr. Monohan not being a great upholder of the state before his incident...if you read the whole thing. And now he is going to incite rebellion and will forever have something against all police officers and representatives of the state, and his next encounter will probably not end so well...
What is also atrocious are those police officers that should not at all be in that position. How do they get there?
